About us
Property by the Black Sea brings verified property listings from the Bulgarian Black Sea coast together in one place, from Durankulak to Rezovo, and in key regions inland as well. Our purpose is plain: the buyer should see the real state of a property and deal directly with the primary sources, that is developers, direct owners and partner agencies holding a direct contract with the owner, at 0% commission from the portal for the buyer.
Working with developers, owners and partner agencies
✓ 0% commission from the portal: every listing is published at the official price, with no intermediary mark-up and no hidden fees for the client.
✓ No chains of resellers: we work only with primary sources: the developers’ own sales departments, real owners and authorised partner agencies that hold direct rights to offer the property and to handle the legal side of the transaction.
✓ Clear parties to the transaction: negotiations, preliminary contracts, checks for encumbrances in the Property Register and the notarial deed are conducted openly and professionally with the rightful parties.

Why a digital portal rather than a traditional agency
The market for holiday property on the coast suffers from duplicated listings with out-of-date prices and old photographs. Here every listing has a named distributor who answers for it and films it on the spot on request, live online video viewings are arranged, and regular video reports are provided on the progress of buildings under construction.
